What sound is this?

• ・It is an electronic sound made by a machine. It is a light, high-pitched sound.
• ・When you scan an item's barcode at the cashier counter or you press a button of an ATM machine, this is the sound it makes.

for example

• ・A clerk is scanning barcodes on goods, “pi, pi….”
• ・When you pay by IC card, flash it over here and you will hear a "pi".
